Appointment policy: Please provide more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. The $25 deposit is retained for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and for missed appointments.
If your veterinarian recommends vaccines, diagnostics, medications, treatments, or other services, those are additional. We will explain the recommendation, provide an estimate, and get your approval before performing any additional services.

No. The $39 price covers the wellness examination. If anything additional is recommended, we will explain it, provide an estimate, and obtain your approval before proceeding.
